Increase Active Engagement Within Each Account

Increase the depth of engagement in accounts to help drive account engagement, adoption and renewal.

• Increase the average number of interactions per member per account by at least 10% within 3 months
• Achieve a minimum of 40 new ideas or feature requests submitted by within the next quarter
• Increase the average number of replies per thread in accounts by at least 20% within the next quarter
• Increase the average time spent on the community platform by at least 4 minutes per session within the next quarter

Engage One Member Per Customer Account
