Meeting follow-up you don't have to chase
Assign Next Steps during your meeting to keep your teams productive and accountable.
Things will actually get done
Your Next Steps are sent in the meeting notes, shown on the Today page, sent daily via Slack digests and more, so there’s no excuse not to do them.
Increase individual accountability
Next Steps can only be assigned to one individual. This helps encourage individual ownership and responsibility.
View your team’s progress
On your ‘Today’ page, you’ll see everyone’s Next Steps for all of the meetings your both participants in so you can keep yourself and your team on top of action items.
“As a manager, having my one-on-ones in Hypercontext has been the biggest boon to my workflow that I’ve ever experienced.”

How it works
Click “Add Next Steps”
Open an agenda item and click “Add Next Steps”. Next Steps are tied to items so that there’s context for your actions.
Describe your Next Step
Input the action item, add a deadline and assign it to a team member.
Check off items as you go
You can’t close an agenda item until all Next Steps are complete, which means no action items fall through the cracks!
